We’re based in Norway, but Holland is set to be our first international go-to market. This makes the OEEC a huge milestone for us. I went in curious and a little nervous, and I came out with a ton of insights (and a stack of business cards).

The most striking difference I noticed was the selling style. In Norway, there’s room for a bit of small talk—light, friendly conversation without an immediate agenda. But in Holland - It's a whole different vibe. People get straight to the point and expect you to do the same.

I quickly learned that to make an impression, I had to adapt. It was all about getting straight to the value proposition, asking the right questions, and identifying the decision-makers—fast.

The best part? It went really well! I made some truly interesting contacts, got to share our vision with potential partners, and left feeling like the trip was 100% worth it.
